Peter Low, Ensequence President Peter Low, Ensequence's president and chief executive officer, has an extensive background in television spanning more than 25 years with expertise in programming and distribution. Before joining Ensequence, Low was executive vice president of cable distribution and marketing for MTV Networks and BET Networks, where he led cable distribution efforts for all 26 of the MTV and BET branded channels. In addition, Low was responsible for negotiating all large distribution agreements and developed the strategy that resulted in the most extensive digital channel launch in the industry. Prior to his position with MTV and BET, Low served as vice president of programming for CableVision.

Aslam Khader, Chief Technology and Product Officer

Aslam Khader, Ensequence Chief Technology and Product Officer In his role as Chief Technology and Product Officer at Ensequence, Aslam Khader leads the Ensequence product management, engineering, services and quality assurance teams. His responsibilities include setting product direction and strategy as well as delivering innovative interactive products and services for Ensequence customers. Khader’s international business experience spans the globe, having lived and worked in India, Japan and the United States throughout his career. He has held senior positions in engineering, marketing and business management at Intertrust Technologies, IBM and Sequent Computer Systems.

Fluent in English and Hindi and conversational in Bengali and Japanese, Khader has been invited to speak at numerous industry events and has been published in a number of industry magazines. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and electrical engineering with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology. He lives with his wife and their two children, along with numerous pets in Portland, Oregon.

Andy Addis, Senior Vice President, Business Development - Service Providers

Andy Addis, Ensequence Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development Andy Addis is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Ensequence. Addis has 25 years of marketing and product management experience, much of it focused on the launch of innovative products. Prior to joining Ensequence, Addis held marketing and business development roles at Comcast, Kraft Foods, AT&T and Hillcrest Labs. During his eight years as SVP of Marketing & New Products at Comcast, Addis led the definition and launch of Digital Cable, VOD, DVR and HDTV. Addis also played a lead role in a number of cross-MSO initiatives including co-chairing the "MSO Marketing Council," comprised of the CMOs of the major operators.

Addis has deep roots in cable and has been recognized numerous times in his career for leadership and innovation. In 2005, Addis was listed – along with several industry colleagues – at #5 on CableFax's "Top 100" in recognition of their cross-industry marketing work. He received the CTAM "TAMI" award in 2003, and was recognized as one of Advertising Age's "Top 100 Marketers" in the 90s for his work in revitalizing – via advertising – a mature brand at Kraft Foods.

Paul Jelinek, Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations

Paul Jelinek, Ensequence Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations Paul Jelinek is Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations for Ensequence. In his role, Jelinek oversees Ensequence business development, strategic planning, international business activities and general business operations. Jelinek has 15 years of experience at programmers including A&E Networks, MTV Networks and Discovery Networks in the digital media, business development and international areas.

Jelinek was most recently Senior Vice President for A&E Television Networks (AETN), overseeing all of the company’s digital media operations, including online, mobile and interactive television. Previously, Jelinek served as Vice President of Digital Media Products at MTV Networks in the Nickelodeon Kids and Family Group. Prior to MTVN, Jelinek worked in business development and operations for Discovery Networks both in digital and internationally.

Mike Kelley, Senior Vice President, Business Development - Programming and Advertising

Mike Kelley, Ensequence Senior Vice President, Business Development - Programming and Advertising Mike Kelley manages Ensequence’s business with the programming and advertising communities. He works collaboratively with leading TV networks, sports leagues, brands and agencies to develop compelling interactive TV experiences across various distribution platforms. His clients include: ESPN, MTV, NBC, Turner Networks, A&E, QVC, HSN, HBO, Showtime, Scripps Networks and Discovery Networks. 

Kelley’s career has included senior positions with Yahoo!, Mastercard, The Bonham Group, Striker Marketing Group and Publicis’ Relay Sports Group - leading digital media strategy, business development, sponsorship planning and promotional execution. Kelley has worked closely with brands like Coca-Cola, Nike, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Kraft Chase, NASCAR, NFL, MLS, NCAA, Sony, Motorola, McDonald's, AOL, and many more. Kelley has a passion for digital media and entertainment - especially as it allows media companies and brands to connect with their users in a more meaningful way. He lives in Katonah, New York with his wife and three kids and has a passion for soccer, architecture, and photography.

Chad Fister, Director of Finance and Corporate Secretary

Chad Fister, Ensequence Director of Finance and Corporate Secretary

Chad Fister has served as Ensequence’s Director of Finance since joining the company in March 2008, and more recently as Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Ensequence, Chad was the Vice President of Corporate Accounting for a financial services firm, prior to that the Assistant Controller for a private services firm, and began his career in public accounting as an auditor for Deloitte.

Chad holds an active-status CPA license in the State of Oregon. He attended Brigham Young University and earned a Master of Accountancy Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Chad is bilingual, an Eagle Scout, and enjoys all sports, especially golf in the summer and basketball in the winter. He lives in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon with his wife and five children.
